What happens when I reach 5 clients on the Free plan?

Nothing changes for the clients you already have. You can keep working with them as often as you like, forever. The cap is on new people: taking on a sixth client through the platform is what needs Pro.

Who sees the ID I upload?

Accepted Answer

Only the people who review applications. Your documents go into private storage that nothing on the public internet can reach. They never appear on your profile and they never reach a client. When a reviewer opens a document, the link is created at that moment and stops working two minutes later. Photos are shrunk on your own device before they are sent, so we hold no more than the check needs. We delete them when you close your account, and six months after the decision if an application is turned down. A client only ever sees that you passed an identity check.

Do I need a registered business to list?

Accepted Answer

No. Individuals and companies both list here. Tax and social insurance stay your own responsibility; we are not your employer and we do not handle your income. Companies do need to upload registration documents and insurance during vetting.

Question 4

How long does approval take, and what if I am turned down?

Accepted Answer

Usually 1 to 2 working days. If something is missing or a photo can't be read, we email you the exact reason so you can fix it and submit again. A rejection is not final.

Question 5

Do I need the app to get started?

Accepted Answer

No. You apply and go live from this website. The phone app (calendar, clients, reminders) is coming shortly, and everything you set up now will already be there.

Question 6

What am I agreeing to when I sign the declaration?

Accepted Answer

The full text is on the screen before you sign it, and you sign nothing you have not been shown. We keep a copy of the exact version you agreed to alongside your profile, because it is the basis on which you were approved. Cleaning companies do not sign it; each of their team members signs their own.

Question 7

Can I delete my account and everything you hold?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from your account settings, and your identity documents and verification photo go with it. Cancel any confirmed bookings first, so a client is not left waiting. We keep only what the law obliges us to, such as accounting records for a subscription you paid.
